The International Expo

((For those of you who can't read this...))
To those looking for a way to get involved,

Thank you.  Without the aid and generous contributions of countries far and wide, this Exposition wouldn't be possible. We are looking forward to collaborating with each and every one of you, to bring guests the best possible experience they can receive.   Arendelle, of course, will be providing the grounds on which pavilions may be set up, anything ranging from a simple gallery of artwork, to full scale replicas of iconic structures and buildings.  However, in order to provide the proper space and have the necessary arrangements met, we are asking that you inform us beforehand, what you intend to promote.  

All we really need, is a mention of what country or kingdom you are representing, and a simple yet accurate description of what you will be bringing to our doorsteps.  As this is a huge endeavor, one that can't have corners cut for the sake of costs, we obviously are asking for monetary donations.  No fees are
required, of course, but anything you could spare would be much appreciated.

With the opening ceremony to take place on the 16th of September, to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible, we ask that you arrive to begin set up no later than two days prior.  That should give us all plenty of time to prepare for guest arrival, and perhaps give us the opportunity to get better acquainted with one another.

As I’ve stated before, this is truly a wonderful opportunity for not just the people of Arendelle, but for all people around the globe, to take part in such a universal and monumental event.  An event that could very well shape the way we see our fellow neighbors for generations to come.  I wish you all the best, and hope to hear from all of you very soon.

((Right then, so Frollo brought a very valid point to my attention recently, in regards to the Expo, and how it's going to unfold.  I...failed, to mention anything of it in my "invitation" journal, that's on me.  But, here I am, to correct that.  So, what do you know?  International Exposition hosted by Arendelle, from the 16th of September, the fall equinox, which falls on the 23d.  Tuesday to Tuesday.  What you don't know, is how to actually get involved. 
Unlike the Heroes v Villains RP, there will be no "status" thingy that you need to put on your profile.  Unless you wanted to say, advertise on your page what you've brought to Arendelle to showcase, if you were going to put on a show, and you had a particular date in mind for it, I don't think it would be overly necessary.  Now, on the first day of the Expo, I will be posting a journal to officially cut the rope, to announce the kick off.  Following that, and for the next week, journals of any sort may be posted, describing what kind of setup you've got at the grounds.  Whether it be a stall to sell pies and plushies, or a whole collection of paintings that could be on display, or...a whole frickin' light show?  I dunno, it's up to you.  But journals, is only one method to attract attention to what you've brought to the Expo.   
The other method, is chat.  Fantasyland Chat, specifically.  Which, is a whole other animal, more real time RP than anything else.  Chat will simply be a free for all, in which anything can happen.  Of course, if its better suited for a particular event that you can come up with, we can pick a time and day and focus on that one event.  Otherwise, chat will simply be a week of cruising about and enjoying everything the world has to offer.
Now, on to the more...technical stuff.  Actually building a lineup.  All you really have to do, in order to get your contribution acknowledged, is to send noticed to Arendelle via letter.  Just send over all the necessary information, informing Elsa, or Anna, of what your intentions are, and they will be sure to find you a place to set up your pavilion.  And you can arrive to set up, anywhere from a day to a few days to a week prior to kickoff.
